Stunning Venue in a country setting-a one off!
The Barn at Stockbridge is an amazing venue which impressed
many of our wedding weary guests. Cherry Willoughby (the
owner) is incredibly helpful and patient! Our wedding went
so smoothly and most of our thank you letters commented on
the uniqueness and "wow" factor of our venue. It is in a
peaceful and beautiful setting and you don't feel as though
you are in a rented venue but could be at home. Also, there
are plenty of lovely places to stay nearby and an excellent
taxi service despite it's rurality. We couldn't have hoped
for better! |

A unique and one off venue for a unique and one off event
My husband and I were married at the Abbey in Sherborne and
had our reception at stockbridge Farm Barn. From the word
go, the owner, Cherry, was totally on hand, helpful and
nothing seemed to phase her or was too much. We adored the
venue as it is so unique and just lent itself to our theme
totally and the guests were blown away with the venue once
it was decorated and ready to go. The service was amazing
and we had some great caterers who worked well in the
designated kitchen spot. The whole evening was fantastic and
that was mostly down to the work that had gone into it from
Cherry and her team of helpers. HUGE THANK YOU! |

Idyllic Venue
The barn itself is amazing and set in a beautiful area of
Dorset countryside but close enough to Sherborne with its
main line station, taxi firms and hotels to be very
convenient for guests.
Cherry (the owner) is very helpful
from the outset. All of our guests commented on how amazing
and intimate the venue was. The caterers also love it as it
is easy to work in. |
